    Instructions:

    • Use a proper torque value (see recommended torque value table) to properly lock electrode (see pic.3);
    • In order to avoid crushes during furnace charging, please place bulk materials at the furnace bottom; meanwhile please do not place lime or any other non-conductive materials right under the electrodes, otherwise it will decrease electric conduciveness and cause breakage;
    • Attention furnace cover’s position in order to avoid scratching or damaging when rising and lowering electrodes;
    • If any connection gap observed after jointing, the causes must be identified and eliminated before use;
    • Electrode clamper must be hold at the proper position: outside the safety lines of the higher end;
